I always forget to write on this thing.
Right now I'm in New Hampshire visiting my family for a week. It has been a glorious and busy trip so far.
Thursday: arrived in Boston at 3pm; stopped in Lexington, MA to see my nana; ate dinner with my friends Cheri and Erin at a classy seafood restaurant
Friday: went on a day trip to Boston with my sister; did some sight-seeing downtown and at the Harbor; went to see Stomp
Saturday: drove down to Mystic, Connecticut with my parents to visit a historic seaport; ate a lobster at a Seafood Festival in Rhode Island; went out for dessert with my friend Tim
Sunday: drove up the Kancamagus highway in the White Mountains with Erin; met up with Cheri and Joe; hiked with our camping gear into the woods, set up camp along the river, and slept in the pouring rain*
Monday: woke up to more rain and a soggy campsite, packed up our gear and hiked out; went out to breakfast; drove home to a shower; regrouped at Cheri and Joe's place for a beautiful dinner, developed two rolls of film in their darkroom, and played an aggressive game of Boggle
Tuesday: drove up to Vermont with my grandparents, mom, and sister to visit my aunt and uncle's goat dairy farm; visited with family and took pictures; drove back to my sister's house; went out to dinner with her and her husband, and stayed overnight at her place
Wednesday: drove all over in my hometown (Nashua) with my sister taking pictures; visited a fire house and got a personal tour of the fire fighters' living quarters, as well as photos in their truck
I am so tired.
*you may have noted from a prior entry that I do, in fact, like going to sleep with the sound of rain... However, I prefer this when sleeping indoors.
