So here I am in New Hampshire.
On Tuesday evening, my mom and sister subjected themselves to the stress and chaos of Boston's highways to pick me up from Logan airport. Then that night my friends Cheri, Joe, Timmy, and Erin took me out to one of the nicest restaurants in town. These are my amazing childhood friends... it was so good to spend time with them. Erin and I ended up sleeping over at Cheri and Joe's place, talking until 3am, and on Christmas Eve morning, Joe made us all breakfast.
I spent the rest of the day with my family... last minute shopping with my dad, eating lots of food, exchanging gifts, driving my grandparents back to Massachusetts. It was a happy day. Christmas was a little more low key. I actually spent much of the day sleeping.
Today my mom took me out to my favorite cafe' for breakfast, and we ran some errands together. I love my mom. She's amazing. Then I met up with Cheri, Joe, Erin, and Timmy for dinner and games (boggle, Cranium, and Hoopla). It was fast, loud, and competitive - just the way I like it.
Ah, its good to be home.
