Tonight we had our Christmas party. Everybody in our house and the Brown House got together to celebrate. And since Sharon, Jody, and the kids spent the afternoon decorating the convent, it was even more festive than usual. Between the two households, there are 19 of us altogether...good times.

We started with dinner, and then when it was time for dessert, the kids started singing happy birthday to Jesus. (We had a little nativity on a cake, which you can see in the pictures.) Its so much fun to be with kids around Christmas... they were overjoyed about the "secret santa" gift exchange. We all drew names, so that each person gave and received one gift. I was pretty happy about my cloud slippers from Ryan. The best was probably seeing Nora open her gift. The photos will tell the story best, so take a look if you have time.
