I'm coming to the conclusion that I can't bring myself to endorse either candidate with my vote. (But did you know that Ohio's ballot will give us 10 options for our next president in this election? That's not even including Ralph, since he's off the ticket in this state.) Anyway, since I probably won't be voting for our next president, I thought it would be helpful to at least learn about some of the issues that will be on the ballot.
If you live in the state of Ohio and you're thinking about voting, learn about this proposed amendment:
issue 1
And if you live here in Norwood, you can learn about the local issues:
issue 8
issue 43
issue 44

And if you're opposed to voting or if you're just tired of the scandal of it all (like me), then click here for some relief and inspiration. (Just kidding.) (Kind of.)

you have inspired me to look up the information on my own ballot here in chicago. thanks cat. you rock my world.
OH COME ON YOU MUST VOTE AND VOTE FOR KERRY!!
And why "From the Convent"?
thanks for the political advice...
"from the convent", because i live in an old convent.
Vote for whoever will appoint pro-life supreme court justices
stick to your conviction and do not vote for someone that's less then inspiring, less than the ideals you look for. voting for the "lesser of two evils" is wrong on too many fronts for me, too - i will be voting, but not casting for president either. don't let anyone tell you differently. and don't waste your time trying to defend your right to withhold your vote - few people understand that you might just take your vote *more* seriously by keeping it pure.
just my $.02 to go with yours. i'm in with you from south carolina, where the presidential race might not be the only one with a null vote on my ballot.
thanks for the comment. i read this tonight:
"those who choose the lesser evil forget quickly that they chose evil." - Hannah Arendt
